My summer with Forest Home began in early June when I drove up on the first day of orientation to help surprise the staff with BiscoDisco. While some would be totally satisfied with a couple of profile pictures from Sonic, a dance party put on by @joebiscocho has a little more instant gratification.

Blake (Tripod) was one of the high school students in our church's youth group. He developed a knack for photography and followed my path as a photographer for Forest Home. I ordered a glass prism and had it mailed to camp, knowing that Blake would be totally interested. Here are a couple photos from a walk through the forest.

I met Robert at a Briefing Conference a couple years ago. My most memorable moment of him at that conference was his cover of Coldplay with his friend Mason. While I was up at Forest Home for the week, we shot this golden hour session before an evening gathering. This was my first time trying out my new tilt shift lens for portrait photography. Forest Home was my first experience using a lens like it. Ever since, I've been hooked.
